For best results, cleanse your face thoroughly and apply shea butter or an oil such as argan oil orcoconut oil if desired.
Hold the Gua Sha at an angle of 15-30 degrees and gently pull it across the skin, starting from the center of the face outwards.
Use gentle pressure and repeat the movements for about 5-10 minutes.
